These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unslop's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
Contains malware or malicious code
Violates the privacy rights of others

2.3 Content Moderation

Unslop reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

3. Expert Accounts

3.1 Verification

Expert accounts require verification of credentials and expertise. You agree to provide truthful and verifiable proof of your expertise.

3.2 Roadmap Quality

As an expert, you agree to create educational roadmaps that are accurate, helpful, and follow best practices in your field. Deliberately misleading or low-quality content may result in account suspension.

3.3 Trust Score

Your Trust Score is calculated using our open-source algorithm. You understand that this score may fluctuate based on community feedback, peer endorsements, and learner outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Unslop Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is owned by Unslop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 Trademarks

Unslop's trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Unslop. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without explicit permission
Manipulate the Trust Score algorithm through fraudulent means
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Sell or transfer your account

6. Termination

6.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

6.2 By Unslop

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNSLOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7.2 Educational Content

Roadmaps and educational content are provided by third-party experts. Unslop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any educational content.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNSLOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unslop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
